This service can be provided in the child&#8217;s home or out in the community.<\/p>\n<p><em>Locations: Genesee and Lapeer Counties<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a name=\"cls\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #008000;\">Community Living Supports (CLS)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Community Living Supports (CLS) are used to increase or maintain personal self-efficiency, facilitating an individual&#8217;s achievement of his\/her goals in the areas of community inclusion and participation, independence, and productivity. Services are provided in the individual&#8217;s home.<\/p>\n<p>Some the skill areas addressed are:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Meal preparation<\/li>\n<li>Household skills<\/li>\n<li>Medical monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Money management<\/li>\n<li>Community activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Locations: Genesee, Lapeer, and Bay Counties<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a name=\"adc\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #008000; text-decoration: underline;\">Senior Adult Day Care<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Senior Adult Day Care program is designed to give the primary caregiver an opportunity to take a break from caring for their loved one. Our employees provide safety, companionship and daily activities to our seniors in our facility.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u00a0&#8220;The program and\/or service is funded in whole or in part by the Genesee County Senior Millage funds.
